Ensure compliance of quality requirement as per the ITP.
Implementation and Supervision of sub-contractors quality plans
Monitoring the quality of all Construction activities and witnessing tests/inspections.
Shall ensure only approved materials are used for Electrical & Instrumentation activities
Shall ensure all the testing instruments / equipments are calibrated
Check the work as per approved drawing and specification
All FOC alignment sheets based on pipeline alignment sheets to be prepared
Ensuring proper installation of cable
Verifying proper insulation test
Confirming adherence to wiring diagram for termination of cables
Ensuring tight cable connections (no loose contacts) in electrical equipments
Ensuring proper earthing of electrical equipments such as LV Switchboard, DBs, Control panels, DC UPS, Lighting Poles and Lighting Fixtures etc.
shall be responsible for all activities related to functional loop checking and Implementation related to instrument installation activities.
shall be responsible for quality control / documentation & for co- ordination with Company to witness all Electrical & Instrumentation activities and inspections.
Shall be responsible for controlling the calibration records of test instruments
