ECS require a Planning Engineer to work from our Houston office. The Planning Engineer will be working on our subsea project and they will be recruited on a Project Hire basis.
Scope of Responsibilities
Responsible for project planning and reporting services
Responsible for communicating schedule issues that impacts project delivery
Responsible for maintaining and updating Master Project Plan
Primary Duties
Analyse project requirements and update project master schedule
Monitor and report progress against schedule
Prepare logic diagrams for detailed schedule reporting
Analyse schedule deviations and determine impact to project delivery
Prepare manpower loading and work breakdown structures
Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose corrective actions where required
Prepare and maintain relevant progress curves
Ensure compliance with project cost control procedures
Contribute to training and development of staff

Knowledge
Primavera P6, Microsoft project and Excel
Developing and maintaining plans for similar EPC projects
Project execution and project interfaces
Spanish language knowledge desirable
